Camera
For live capture, we recommend any digital camcorder with FireWire (sometimes called "iLink™" or "DV out")
Live video may also be captured from any video source recognized by QuickTime: this includes most FireWire and USB Web cams
Any .mov or .avi video file may be imported into the software via a simple drag-and-drop, thereby allowing the use of any camera with movie mode.
Turntable
Any continuous-motion turntable, that turns at a steady rate.

SpinImage DV Pro HR (Mac only)
When you need the highest quality images possible with digital video, you need SpinImage DV Pro HR. A software-only product with all the advanced features of SpinImageDV Pro, plus the ability to capture video at any of the following resolutions:

NOTE: the resolution of the raw video sent by the camera is often limited, so most cameras are unable to take advantage of this full list.
A purchase of the Pro software includes 60 days of phone and email support. If you would like significant support for a longer period of time, we charge a $250/year support fee. This includes bug fixes, minor releases, minor enhancements, etc. in addition to phone and email support. Of course, we are quite happy to respond to simple questions, requests, feedback, etc. for all of our customers, but we will not be making Pro updates publicly available for everyone to download.
